Kevin Cadora is a founding partner, Chief Executive Officer, and lead trial counsel of Fair Cadora who also manages Fair Cadora’s associates. Since his admission to the California Bar in 2003, Kevin has devoted his practice to representing clients in all areas of family law.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has represented thousands of clients throughout Southern California in matters involving divorce, child custody, support, property division, and other complex family law disputes. In addition to his extensive litigation experience, he is also a trained mediator and a Certified Divorce Coach, offering clients alternative pathways to resolution that promote cooperation, clarity, and long-term stability.

Kevin is a strong and strategic litigator who thrives in a courtroom and while he will vigorously advance his clients’ interests in the courtroom when necessary, he first approaches each case with a calm, objective, and results-oriented mindset aimed at achieving settlement outside of litigation whenever possible. His practical and reasoned approach is designed to minimize the financial and emotional toll that protracted family law disputes can otherwise cause.
Known for his professionalism and civility toward opposing counsel, Kevin nevertheless excels in trial advocacy and is unyielding when it comes to protecting his clients’ rights. As an experienced mediator and a Certified Divorce Coach, Kevin has also guided numerous parties and their attorneys toward amicable resolutions without the need for court intervention.
A proud father of five and loving grandfather, Kevin enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren, immersing himself in music, traveling, playing guitar, wine tasting, fine dining, exploring health and nutrition, strength training, cycling and practicing yoga.
